Preconstruction is the cheapest place to find a problem. A duct running through a beam costs nothing to move in week four and nine days to move on site.

We survey the site properly, build a federated model with the structural and services designers, and price the work as it will actually be built. At the end you have a schedule with the genuine constraints marked, not a bar chart.

Our Working Process
Every job runs to the same five stages — appraise, design, price, build, hand over — and the only one clients rarely see is the third. It is where the schedule stops being a wish and starts being a commitment, and we will not skip it to start on site a fortnight earlier.
