The building gets built twice: once in the model, where mistakes are free, and once on site.
A shared model is only useful if it is the record. The moment somebody issues a revised drawing that is not in the model, the model becomes a visualization and everyone goes back to coordinating by email.

We run the model as the contractual record: named file owners, a published information release schedule, and coordination sessions that are meetings rather than courtesies.

Our Working Process
Every job runs to the same five stages — appraise, design, price, build, hand over — and the only one clients rarely see is the third. It is where the schedule stops being a wish and starts being a commitment, and we will not skip it to start on site a fortnight earlier.
